Kelly Grigsby has extensive executive experience in local government, with previous CEO roles at Wyndam City Council and City of Hobart, recognised as one of the youngest CEO's in the sector. In her current role, Kelly guides the MAV to support Victorian councils create thriving, resilient, and inclusive communities through strategic foresight, policy and research, organisational development, workforce planning, leadership and governance.
In her closing address, Kelly will speak to the MAV’s role in providing thought-leadership and the power of working collaboratively as a sector to build climate resilient communities. From global to local reflections, this is a great opportunity to learn about the MAV’s exciting program of work supporting local government climate leaders to be future-fit. (slides)
