Location and accessibility information
The conference is taking place on Level 1 of the Melbourne Convention Centre, part of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). The address is 2 Clarendon Street or 1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf.

COVID Safety
Please be aware that the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre has strict entry requirements regarding COVIDSafety. You can read our COVIDSafe Event Plan below – please make sure you are willing and able to meet these requirements and don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions. The main things you need to know are that:

• You’ll need to have a mask with you (we’ll have a limited number of extra masks on hand for those who forget)
• You must stay home if you are an active COVID case or are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms
• If you are a close contact you will need to check the latest advice latest advice from the Department of Health on what to do and assess your risk. You will be able to access a full refund as below if you choose to stay home.

Please note that anyone who needs to stay home because they are experiencing symptoms or due to testing positive for COVID-19, or who chooses to stay home due to being a close contact, will be eligible for a full refund as long as you contact us and request a refund before or during the event. 

​We also encourage you to take a rapid antigen test (RAT) before you leave in the morning.
